We all know the food is delicious…every sandwich clean...a great place to eat well, your way. This is the place to meet, eat and enjoy, but now you can buy not just a bowl of soup, but the whole restaurant (land and building) as well.
That’s right, you can own part of this NNN Panera Bread and they pay you! You can earn just under 5% per year dividend yield on this 14 year lease, credited to you monthly and paid to you or reinvested quarterly. There are also fabulous 10% rent bumps every 5 years. The plan is to purchase this asset, then sell it when a new lease is signed in year 14 of the existing lease. While we cannot guarantee any return, if you re-invest your dividend income the sale of this asset should give us a good total return. We’re aiming for about 6.5 - 7% per year, net of fees.
