When I first started dating Jeff, he asked me several times to stop by a brokerage house on my way to see him and pick up a book of stock charts. "That’s odd," I thought -- no one had ever asked me to do anything like that before!

I was an English major, a writer and a teacher and non-profit worker. Jeff majored in economics, had a career in the world of markets and was an entrepreneur. We got on famously! And after a while I could even pass his impromptu quizzes about the charts -- "It’s a pennant formation, I would blurt, or "Look, failure to make a new high!" Little by little, I learned from Jeff about the ups and downs of the markets.

Over the years Jeff's business became more focused on the world of commercial real estate. He started consulting with real estate holders and developers. Eventually Jeff  began investing in commercial properties. They would increase the properties’ values by leasing them to credit tenants. Once they even got to help demolish an old building with front-end loaders It was a fun time, and Jeff learned about the NNN business from the inside out.

Jeff and I have two sons whom we adore. We want to share with them the wisdom about investing that we’ve learned so they can in turn provide for themselves and their families. We want our boys to benefit from the relative stability that comes from investing in premier commercial real estate.

But even beyond that, we want to share investing opportunities with a whole generation of young people whose parents may not have been available, or able, to teach them. We want to help young investors participate in this economy and profit from it, to the benefit of everyone involved.
