Once preschool and transitional preschool gymnasts master their skills card in the Kinder Accreditation for Teacher (KAT) Preschool program, 5 year old gymnasts are eligible by coach’s invitation to the boy’s recreation class. Boy’s recreation classes are located in the main gym and are 55 minutes long including a 15 minute stretch and warm up and two 15 minute and one 10 minute event rotations comprised of stations based on age appropriate and USAG skill progressions as well as strength and conditioning exercises.
